The overview of Dangote Petroleum Refinery is being prepared.
Honeywell's Forge Plant Cognition platform is being launched at Dangote's Lekki refinery. Its projected benefits are preliminary, gross estimates based on full-capacity operations.
Investors can subscribe until 27 October for certificates backed by shares in the refinery. Listing in Gaborone is planned for 14 December, subject to conditions.
The Nigerian refinery more than doubled its revenue over nine months. The accounts are still unaudited, and the 1.6 billion dollar offer remains open.
The company cites strong demand and wants to widen access for African investors to an offering still subject to national rules.
The 2,150 billion naira offer is registered in Nigeria, forcing investors from other countries to go through their own regulators and a limited number of intermediaries.
