Servair Abidjan posted net profit of FCFA 1.33 billion over the first nine months of 2026, up 0.4% year on year, according to its activity report available on the BRVM website. The Ivorian in-flight catering specialist thus returns to a slight increase in its cumulative result, after a first half in decline.

At end-June, profit stood at FCFA 728.6 million, compared with FCFA 825.6 million a year earlier, a decline of 11.7%. By difference between the accounts at end-June and end-September, third-quarter profit alone came to FCFA 602 million, compared with FCFA 499.1 million over the same period of 2025.

Management attributes the third-quarter improvement to corrective measures and cost control introduced after the difficulties earlier in the year. It had notably flagged a deterioration in the consumption of certain materials and a rise in several operating costs, against a backdrop of pressures on energy and imported products.

Over nine months, sales reached FCFA 10.69 billion, up 4.6%. The company reports continued development of its catering and contract food service activities, as well as higher airline activity, supported in particular by several African carriers.

Servair Abidjan also says it is gradually introducing invoicing in foreign currency for clients subject to foreign exchange regulations, with adjustments to its invoicing and collection procedures.
